Entry Arbor Green Leaf Picket Fence

New Green Leaf Picket Fence design by Advent Fence Company of Charleston, SC.


This is the first of a new line of fence designs for 2010. Both sides of the fence are identical, giving both the homeowner and the neighbor a beautiful fence to enjoy equally, rather than a compromise. It was our goal in the designing stages to offer a fence that was beautiful on both sides without compromising the fences strength.

The entry arbor you see pictured was custom made by Advent Fence Company also. Even the lattice was stick built! We offer a wide variety of entry arbor, trellis, and pergola designs to accent your home and garden.

The New Elite Domed Lattice Fence Gate Design

This week Advent Fence Company pleasure of building a new gate design in Foxbank Plantation located in Moncks Corner, SC . It is a Domed Lattice Gate Design. We consider ourselves blessed to be able to build our fence design ideas. This gate design is 4 inches thick. It took two people to lift. We only used 2 hinges this go round, but 2 Ameristar hinges have more than enough strength to hold.

Funny story... the Elite gates are built mostly standing upright. We typically do not have to hold it up, it will free-stand. While my employee/ protege was cutting a piece of lumber, and I walked off to grab a tool; a strong gale blew and pushed the gate over. My apprentice was horrified...I just looked at him and laughed, and informed him "If it can't withstand a fall than it wouldn't be Elite, this is Advent...this is what Advent Fence Company is built on. Don't do it over, Over Do It!" We worked alone today, a rare occasion this year, company owner and helper. After we were done, I informed him "This is how Advent Fence Company was built, an owner and a helper. It isn't how many fences you build in a year that is important; it is what you build, and the customer satisfaction that comes with it."  

Just for the record, we had a competitor claim that our elite gate would fall apart within a year. We hope they weren't holding there breath for this to happen. The fence next door has the first elite gate we built 3 years ago. I personally measured the latch spacing at top and bottom, and the numbers match to the 16th of an inch, it hasn't budged. No sagging, and still gives perfect operation opening and closing...this is follow up.

Introducing the Green Leaf Privacy Fence


We call it the "Green Leaf" Privacy Fence because we have only accumulated an average of a 5 gallon bucket of waste on each fence built, which is phenomenal for a custom fence design. What does this mean to the customer? Less waste means less costs.

This is the next stage in our Picture Perfect Fence Line



 The Picture Perfect line of fences are friendly neighbor fence designs, meaning they look identical on both sides. This gives you the buyer picture perfect beauty in your back yard. These fence designs are also stronger than conventional fence designs due to the nature of their building process.
